The publication is hosted on Substack and governed in part by Substack’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The following terms apply specifically to this publication and your use of it as a subscriber or participant.

By accessing or subscribing to The Hidden Alchemist, you agree to the following.

Content Use & Copyright

All original content published on The Hidden Alchemist—including but not limited to articles, prompts, rituals, recipes, graphics, illustrations, and audio recordings—is the intellectual property of Melissa A. Rosati, unless otherwise noted.

You may:

• Share brief excerpts (no more than 100 words) with proper attribution and a link back to the original post.

• You may share and restack posts with proper attribution on the Substack platform.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, redistribute, or republish full pieces of content without express written permission.

• Use any material for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement.

Note on Content Creation: Some written pieces or images may be developed in collaboration with creative tools and technologies such as ChatGPT. However, all content is curated, edited, and published by Melissa A. Rosati and reflects her original voice, perspective, and authorship.

Subscriptions & Payments

The Hidden Alchemist offers both free and paid subscription tiers.

Free Subscribers receive occasional public posts and announcements.

Paid Subscribers gain full access to the archives, exclusive essays, ritual guides, creative prompts, and invitations to The Hidden Writers’ Circle and other gatherings.

Subscriptions are managed through Substack and are recurring unless canceled. You may update or cancel your subscription at any time through your Substack account settings.

If you signed up at a special Founding Member rate, that rate will be honored until further notice.

Refund Policy

Because content is delivered digitally and includes access to intellectual property, refunds are not offered. However, if you experience a billing issue or have concerns about your subscription, please reach out directly at melissa (at) thealchemyofage (dot) net, and I will do my best to help.

Community Guidelines

This is a space for curious, creative, and spiritually engaged readers. Whether you’re commenting on a post, attending a live gathering, or responding to prompts, you agree to engage respectfully.

The following will not be tolerated:

• Hate speech or discrimination of any kind

• Harassment, trolling, or harmful personal attacks

• Spam or self-promotion without invitation

Event Participation Disclaimer

Paid subscribers may be invited to live gatherings such as The Hidden Writers’ Circle, which may be held on Zoom or in person. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are always welcome to attend Zoom sessions with your camera off or share only what feels safe.
